7. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purposes:
Purpose 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (non-aligned personnel).
Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU) (Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals), and with AFSCME (Building Service Employees, Brookline Educational Secretaries Association, and School Food Service Employees), if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Purpose 7, to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:
May 27, 2020, June 1, 2020 and June 4, 2020.
