Question of awarding and executing contract number PW/20-17  "Traffic Signal Improvements at Chestnut Hill Ave at Dean Road and Carlton St at Monmouth St" with Charles Contracting Co Inc., 75 Rosedale Rd, Watertown, MA 02471 in the amount of $828,812.

Question of executing PW/19-22 Contract Amendment #3 with LiRo Group - "demolition phase design services for emergency demolition of the Davis Path Footbridge" in the amount of $110,500.
