PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving the following Solid Waste and Recycling Contract Extensions:

Contract PW/15-01 for Disposal of Solid Waste in the amount of $835,000

Contract PW/16-01 for Curbside Collection and Processing of Single Stream Recycling in the a mount of $1,839.050


3.C.

Question of correcting Scrivener's errors in the Land Descriptions contained in two of the Town's affordable housing agreements with Hebrew Senior Life relative to 112 Centre Street.

Question of executing amendments to the School Space Lease Agreements with Temple Emeth (194 Grove Street), Temple Ohabei Shalom (1187 Beacon Street) and the Maimonides School (2 Clark Road).

GRANT OF LOCATIONS PUBLIC HEARING - CROWNINSHIELD ROAD

Public Hearing upon the petition of NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Crowninshield Road – from pole 42/3 on the west side approximately 100 feet southeast of Adams Street, conduit running northeasterly a distance of about 10 feet, thence running northwesterly a distance of about 85 feet, thence running northerly a distance of about feet 55 feet, thence running northwesterly a distance of about 20 feet to the point of pick up.

GRANT OF LOCATIONS PUBLIC HEARING - BROOKLINE AVE

Public Hearing upon the petition of Comcast for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Brookline Avenue – from a new handhole on the west side approximately 200 feet south of Pearl Street, conduit running southeasterly a distance of about 65 feet to 700 Brookline Avenue


10.

GRANT OF LOCATIONS PUBLIC HEARING - INDEPENDENCE DR.



5:30 PM

Public Hearing upon the petition of Comcast for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Independence Drive – replace the existing vault across from 14 Independence Drive and run conduit southeasterly from there a distance of about 48 feet to an angle point then southwesterly a distance of about 129 feet and 2 new vault.
