6:40 PM          39 Adams Street (Crowninshield LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace three existing metal double hung windows on the façade with three insulated glass double hung wood windows without grilles to match existing (Kate Poverman & Raphal Bueno, applicants).

 

6:55 PM          2 Acron Road (Pill Hill LHD) –   Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish rear two story enclosed porch addition (Brad Washburn, applicant).

 

7:20 PM          27 Upland Road (Pill Hill LHD) -  Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing chimney flashing and pipe flange with copper and the existing slate ridge cap with a copper ridge cap (Tom Chen, applicant)

8:10 PM          280 Harvard Street – The Coolidge Corner Theater – Request to lift the stay of partial demolition of the building (Coolidge Corner Theater Foundation, applicant).

NEW BUSINESS AND UPDATES – PUBLIC HEARING

                        280 Harvard Street – The Coolidge Corner Theater – Recommendation of Preservation Commissioners to the Planning Board to participate in the Coolidge Corner DAT.
