Question of approving Amendment #3 to DPW contract PW/09-27 for the Carlton Street Footbridge in the amount of $121,059.00 with Kleinfelder Engineering, Boston, for Additional Design, Right-of-Way permitting, Bid Phase Services, and project revisions and cost engineering in order for MassDOT to re-advertise for construction on Aug 29, 2020.  Funding will be drawn from the bonding appropriation authorized by the 2009 TM Article 5.

Question of approving Contract No. PW/21-09 for "Traffic Signals and Emergency Streetlight Services" with Pine Ridge Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $49,476.

Question of approving GMP Change Order No. 2 and PCCO No. 9 with Skanska for the Brookline High School Expansion project in the amount of $234,664.

GRANT OF LOCATION PUBLIC HEARING - WALNUT AND DUDLEY STREET

Question of approving the following grant of locations petitions of NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary cables therein under the following public way:

Dudley Street – conduit running easterly from pole 77/6 on the westerly corner of the intersection with Walnut Street a distance of about 20 feet to Walnut Street

Walnut Street – conduit running northerly and easterly from Dudley Street a distance of about 500 feet to private properties at 468, 460, 466 and 434 Walnut Street and one new manhole
