Agenda
Open Session: Motion and vote to meet in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A section 21 (a) for the following purposes:
Purpose (3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU Units A, B, and Paras because an open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Committee; and
Purpose (2) to conduct a collective bargaining session with the BEU Units A, B, and Paras.
Executive Session:
Discussion of strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the BEU Units A, B, and Paras pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section 21(a) purpose (3).
Collective bargaining with the BEU Units A, B, and Paras pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, section 21(a) purpose (2).
