Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of accepting a grant in the amount of $60,385 from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MassDOT Shared Streets and Spaces program to fund the purchase of materials in support of the Transportation Board approved expanded sidewalks.

SCHOOL SOLAR PANEL PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing and Vote to Enter into a Power Purchase Agreement, and related documents including a License and PILOT Agreement, with Solect Energy Development LLC, related to installing and maintaining solar panels for up to 20 years at the following properties: Brookline High School (115 Greenough Street), Kirrane Aquatics Center (46 and 60 Tappan Street), Florida Ruffin Ridley School (345 Harvard Street), and Runkle School (50 Druce Street).

Question of approving and executing the Warrant for the November 17, 2020 Fall Special Town Meeting.
