The Sustainability Subcommittee of the Advisory Committee will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, September 21 at 7:00 pm to review, discuss and possibly vote upon Warrant Articles 38 – Resolution: Decarbonization in the Commonwealth (Petitioner: Cunningham, et al) and 39 – Legislation: Fossil Free Fuel infrastructure in construction (Petitioner: Cunningham, et al)

The public is invited to attend and participate in this hearing via the Zoom platform. When you join the meeting, your microphone will automatically be muted. During the public hearing portion of the meeting, those who request to speak will have their microphones unmuted. If you would like to share a document on the screen, please email it to Carlos Ridruejo (carlos@caridossa.com) by 12:00 noon on the day prior to the meeting, as screen sharing by participants will be disabled.

This meeting is a public hearing. During the public hearing, members of the public will have an opportunity to offer comments on items under consideration. The subcommittee also welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the subcommittee if they are sent to Carlos Ridruejo(carlos@caridossa.com), Sustainability Subcommittee Chair,  and/or lportscher@brooklinema.gov no later than 12:00 noon on the day prior to meeting.
