at Hancock Village, Independence Drive
Administrative Decision to determine if the requested changes are insubstantial or substantial, pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11):
Request to amend Comprehensive Permit issued on 2/12/2015 and modified 4/18/2019 and 11/6/2019. Proposed modifications include, but are not limited to: number of parking spaces and areas, bedroom reduction, amenity space (Precinct 16)
