PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Advance registration is available by calling the Select Board’s office at 617-730-2202 or by e-mail at kmacgillivray@brooklinema.gov. Approval of miscellaneous items, licenses, vouchers, and contracts.

Question of approving the meeting minutes from Tuesday, November 10.


3.B.

Question of accepting a $1,000 donation from a Brookline Resident to the Police Department for bicycle equipment which will be used to purchase a new bike for the bicycle unit.


3.C.

Question of awarding and executing the “License, Maintenance, and Indemnification Agreement” with 5 Washington Square Fee Owner, LLC relative to the developer’s planned Storm Water Drainage System.


3.D.

Question of approving Contract Amendment No. 2 for Consulting and Engineering Services between the Town of Brookline and Brown and Caldwell for Stormwater On-Call Services”. The amendment does not change the value of the contract, but extends the duration terms and agreement through October 31, 2021.
