5:30 pm Members of the public may send written public comments to Lisa Portscher (lportscher@brooklinema.gov). Comments will be shared with all Advisory Committee members. Comments in real time are also invited (2-3 minutes per person, depending on the number of speakers). Please sign up with Lisa Portscher by 5 pm.

5:45 pm Possible reconsideration of previous votes on Articles on the Warrant for the November 2020 Special Town Meeting including, but not limited to, Article 27 (Micro Units); Article 28 (Fiscal Education); and Article 34 (Resolution on Housing and on Inclusive and Climate Friendly Zoning Strategies)

Public comment is welcome only during the public hearing portion of the agenda. The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to lportscher@brooklinema.gov no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee.
Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
