Question of whether the Board shall enter into Executive Session for the purpose described below related to the property with the address 370 Washington Street.

7:05 PM         EXECUTIVE SESSION – LITIGATION

                        Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with                                     respect to the litigation titled 370 Wash LLC  v. Town of Brookline and                                          Dan Bennett, Land Court Case No. 20-MISC-000437, where an open meeting may                        have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigation position.
