8:30 PM Vote to close public hearing and enter into Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health of an individual; if the Commission enters into Executive Session all members of the public will be expelled from the virtual meeting. The meeting will be locked for the duration of the Executive Session, and members of the public may rejoin the meeting when the session is finished and the Chair reopens the public hearing.
