Fees are variable and will change based on the payment processor's policies/ current rates are as follows:
* The fee for using a credit card is 2.95% of the amount charged, with a minimum charge of $2.00
*The fee for using an electronic check/ACH is significantly less, at a flat fee of $0.50 per transaction, regardless of its size.
The convenience fee will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your credit card or bank statement.
Customers paying with a paper check of cash will not incur any additional charges.
Payments can be made over the phone by calling 1-844-234-3779, dropped in the locked drop-box in front of Town Hall, or mailed via U.S mail to the P.O Box written on the bill.
