[ARCHIVED] Programming, Resources, and Events for Brookline Businesses offered through the Brookline Chamber

Gain valuable tools and connect with fellow Brookline restaurant owners.

Learn more TODAY at 3:00 PM!

The Restaurant Revitalization Seminar is a unique, 12-week restaurant management, no cost, valued at $5,500, zoom "crash course," presented by the Brookline Chamber of Commerce in partnership with SOL Restaurant Consulting for Brookline independent restaurant owners.

The program consists of regular full-group workshops and one-one-one customized coaching. Topics include: financial analysis, financial literacy, and controlling and managing COGS and labor.

The goal is to support restaurant owners to better understand your numbers, make savvy and data-driven decisions about labor, menu design, and operations to strengthen your business for the current moment, and to help you be prepared to make effective decisions as the conditions of running a restaurant continue to change each year. We encourage you to apply with two staff members if possible in case one person cannot attend a workshop.
