Members of the public may provide public comment remotely. If you would like to provide public

up. Article Petitioner(s) will have a combined total of 5 minutes to present their Article. All other speakers

Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a)

for the following purposes:

Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union

(BEU) Unit A (Grievance) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and

litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares;

Purpose 6, to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the Chair declares that an

open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body (Temple Ohabei

Shalom, 1187 Beacon Street, Brookline, Massachusetts); and

Purpose 7, to review and approve executive session minutes from the following meetings:

September 1, 2022 and September 29, 2022
