For the purpose of entering into Executive Session, under G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3) (“purpose 3”), to discuss litigation strategy in the cases of Nine John Street, LLC v. Brookline Board of Appeals, Case No. 2021-08, before the Housing Appeals Committee, Algendy, et al. v. Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals, et al., C.A. No. 2282CV00426, before the Norfolk Superior Court, and a potential new matter.
