Public Comment
5:45 pm Members of the public may sign up to speak during the meeting (2-3 minutes per person, depending on the number of speakers) or send written public comments. Please sign up or send your written comments to Lisa Portscher ([email protected]) by noon. All public comments are included in the minutes and become part of the public record.
Public Meeting
6:00 pm Possible discussion and vote to amend previous votes on warrant articles including but not limited to
Warrant Article 24: Amend the Town’s General Bylaws pertaining to Artificial Turf Surfaces (Richmond et al)
Warrant Article 12: Amend Article 3.14 of the Town’s General By-laws to revise the discrimination complaint process (CDICR)
Warrant Article 13: Amend Article 5.5, 10.2, and 10.3 of the Town’s’ General Bylaws to revise corresponding references found in article 3.14 related to the Compliant Process (CDICR)

The public is welcome to attend.

Public comment is welcome only during the public comment portion of the agenda. The Advisory Committee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to [email protected] no later than noon on the day of the meeting. Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee hold public hearings on any matter on which the Advisory Committee makes a recommendation to Town Meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate in subcommittee public hearings if they wish to comment on any item under deliberation by the subcommittee. All public comments become part of the public record. Any member of the public may make an audio or video recording of an open session of a public meeting. They must first notify the chair and must comply with reasonable requirements regarding audio or video equipment established by the chair so as not to interfere with the meeting.
