The School Capital Improvements Subcommittee will be meeting on Tuesday, May 31,

2022, 4:00 PM-5:30 PM (Remote via Zoom).

The agenda will include the following:

1) Motion and Vote to go into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A

Section 21 (A) for Purpose 6: to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real

property if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the

negotiating position of the body (Maimonides School, 2 Clark Road, Brookline,

Massachusetts), and for Purpose 7: to review and approve executive session minutes

from the following meetings: March 8, 2022 and May 24, 2022.
