6:45        Vote to determine method of approving minutes

6:55        Public Comment for items not on the agenda

7:00        Budget- review of CPA revenue in FY 22, anticipated FY 23 surcharge and anticipated CPA trust fund match.  Discussion and vote to establish percentages for budgeted reserve accounts, & place a CPA budget warrant article with a CPC recommended budget on the warrant for the November Special Town Meeting.

7:30        Vote to consider joining the Community Preservation Coalition

7:40        Preliminary discussion of the Community Needs Assessment- review of existing town planning resources and examples from other towns.

8:00        Establish time for next meeting
