108 Centre Street - Administrative Item: A request to modify a Comprehensive Permit (M.G.L c.40B) granted in 2021 for an apartment building with 54 age-restricted (62+ yrs) residential rental units in one building with six stories of residential over ground floor with community space (4200 sf) for total of seven stories; 100% affordable; no parking spaces on site

Proposed Change: Modify Condition 6 to execute cross-easements after issuance of Building Permit and before Commencement of Construction.

845 Boylston Street – A request for a Comprehensive Permit, M.G.L. c.40B, to construct a 

six-story building with 40 residential rental units (25% affordable) and 41 below-grade parking spaces (Precinct 14)

• Main topic: Revised Requested Waivers and Draft Conditions
• Hearing scheduled to close January 31, 2023
• The Board may ask the Applicant for permission to extend the deadline to close hearing.
• Oral public comment is scheduled at the discretion of the Board. Oral testimony is confined to technical questions and comments for the topic on the Agenda. Members of the public are encouraged to submit comments in writing to the Board by email to [email protected]
