1.   Approval of the minutes of May 24, 2023, and July 31, 2023.

2.   Public Comment.  Comments will also be taken after each agenda item, limited to that item. Comments limited to two minutes per speaker.  Public attendees may also submit statements or documents by email to Sarah Kaplan, and are urged not to use comment time to read such materials aloud.  

3.  Update re proposed changes to policy manual regarding Responding to Individuals with Mental Illness – comments received since PCAC approval.   

4.  Report on Civilian Feedback Survey responses received since last meeting.  Follow-up on June 11 incident as reflected in July report.  

5.  Proposed revision to General Order 20.1 (1)(D) – Promotions – D.S. Campbell.

6.  “Letter of Good Conduct.”  Legal effect, criteria, should these be issued at all?

8.  Follow up on presentation to SB 8/15/23.

9.  Future meetings: October 2, October 20 – both in person with hyrbrid access.  November 27 – format? – In person/ hybrid?
