   1. Fall 2023: Coat Drive with potential partners (Women Thriving, Oasis group, BHA) (Caitlin)
   2. Early 2024: Women of the Year and streamlined essay contest for 12 graders with prize/scholarship 
2. Projects:
   1. BIG interviews 
   2. BCW Hub- reimagining our social media presence in terms of amplification of other organizations as well as policies, statements, and promotion for our events
   3. Fall and Spring: Review of TM Warrant articles 
3. Themes/Advocacy:
   1. Pay equity
   2. Reproductive rights
   3. Domestic Violence
   4. Community Outreach
   5. Supporting Women owned businesses
