Question of approving contract PW/19-21 “Design Services for Storage Bin Roofs” in the amount of $25,200.00 with Western and Sampson of Foxboro, MA.

Question of approving and authorizing the Chair to execute two agreements between the Town and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation for the Gateway East project:

•           A Revised Non-Participating Work Agreement

•           A Municipal Project Agreement

a). Question of authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to approve requisitions and authorize payments utilizing construction match funds that are committed to the Gateway East project via the revised Non-Participating Work Agreement
