NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & AGENDA

The Commission will be meeting fully remotely using Webex Events software to run its meeting online. No in person meeting will take place at Town Hall.

6:30 PM EXECUTIVE SESSION – Question as to whether the Preservation Commission shall enter into Executive Session for discussion of the ongoing litigation of the 46 Powell Street decision if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body; if the Commission enters into Executive Session all members of the public will be expelled from the virtual meeting. The meeting will be locked for the duration of the Executive Session, members of the public may rejoin the meeting when the session is finished and the Chair reopens the public hearing.
