ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS SITE VISIT
209 HARVARD STREET
Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 8 am
The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet to view the site at 209 Harvard Street for a proposal under M.G.L c.40B, a Comprehensive Permit, to construct in the rear parking lot of a medical office building, 44 housing units, including 36 studios; three, two bedroom units; and five, three bedroom units. Eleven of these units (25%) are proposed to be affordable. (Precinct 7)
PLEASE MEET IN THE REAR PARKING LOT. THERE WILL BE NO TESTIMONY OR DISCUSSION OF THE CASE (OTHER THAN BOARD QUESTIONS TO THE ARCHITECT).
