Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Question of approving Amendment No. 5 with Hill International for the Project Representative Services on a Temporary Basis (up to 3 months) for the Brookline High School Expansion in the amount of $79,128.

Question of approving Change Order No. 5/ PCCO No. 12 with Skanska for the Brookline High School Expansion project in the amount of $183,282.

Question of approving Amendment No 1 to the contract with Gilbane Building Company in the amount of $100,680 for the Driscoll School Project for added preconstruction services.

Question of approving the proposed contract with BR+A in the amount of $129,500 for the Driscoll School Project for an Independent Engineer/Commissioning Agent.
