1. Discussion with Chestnut Hill Realty team regarding alternative massing and/or shadow studies for the Waldo-Durgin site, including massing:
- Over Waldo Street
- Over the parking lot at 16 John Street
- Which connects the two proposed hotel and residential buildings
- Which moves the location of the hotel to the corner of John & Pleasant Street and the residential building to the center of the site
2. Other Business, if any.
The Waldo-Durgin site includes 12-18 Pleasant St., 5-10 Waldo St., 16 John St.
The Holiday Inn site at 1200 Beacon Street will not be discussed at this meeting.
