108 Centre Street – a request for a Comprehensive Permit, M.G.L. c.40B, to construct a seven-story building with 54 units of age-restricted (62+) rental housing (six residential floors over ground floor communal space); no parking spaces. All 54 units would be affordable. (Precinct 9)
