    The Ad Hoc Subcommittee for Warrant Article 1 of the October 5, 2021 Special Town Meeting (STM3) will hold a public hearing followed by a public meeting on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.

    Article 1 of STM3 seeking Town Meeting’s approval of an $11,000,000 settlement in the case of Alston v. Town of Brookline, USDC Case No. 1:15-cv-13987.

    2. 10:00 AM (approximately) Public Meeting

    Question of entering into Executive Session for the reasons listed in item 3

    3. Executive Session - Litigation

    For the purpose of discussing litigation strategy in the case of Alston v. Town of Brookline, USDC Case No. 1:15-cv-13987.

    4. Open Session – Discussion, deliberation, and possible vote on Article 1 of STM3

    5. Other Business
